1. Platform Services

Global Auto Show LLC provides event registration, ticketing, and marketplace facilitation only. Global Auto Show LLC is not a vehicle dealer and does not take ownership of vehicles listed on our platform.

2. User Eligibility

All users must be 18 years of age or older to buy, sell, or register vehicles unless supervised by a legal guardian. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of all listings, title status, and legality of vehicles. Prohibited activities include fraud, harassment, hate speech, and posting illegal content.

4. Account Suspension

Administrators may suspend accounts for violations of these terms or at their sole discretion to protect the platform and its users.

5. Payments

Event admission tickets and vehicle registrations are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Global Auto Show LLC.

6. Marketplace Fees

A $2,000 platform fee applies to all completed vehicle sales on the marketplace. This fee is non-refundable after sale confirmation.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from use of this platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

8. Limitation of Liability

Global Auto Show LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
